HOA Services are bundled in a special program that enables you to eliminate the impact of having multiple trash haulers driving throughout your community. Our program can help reduce wear and tear on your streets and trash spillage, which can unsafe as well as unsightly. Having trash containers on the subdivision streets only one day of the week can create positive impressions on potential home buyers.
Holidays Schedule: We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the holiday falls on your scheduled service day, your trash will be picked up on the following day. All remaining pickups for that week will be one day late.
Billing: Customers are billed quarterly. If you have signed up for service in the middle of the month, your first month will be pro-rated. You will receive a bill for the pro-rated amount through your first month of service. The quarterly amount you have paid will be credited to your account for three full months, and the next billing cycle will reflect the exact quarterly amount you were quoted. You have now paid for the first 90 days of service and will receive your next quarterly bill at the end of your current quarter.
