2. Job Type:

Full-time 8am – 5pm

Mechanic/Technician starting pay range: $22.50 – $27.50 starting. Yearly reviews with raises.


Senior Master Mechanic/Technician starting pay range: $27.50 – $32.50 starting. Yearly reviews with raises.


3. Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and assigned preventative maintenance services. Performs inspections, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, hydraulics, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
  • Utilize vehicle computer electronic systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.
  • Complete required paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
  • Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
  • Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
  • Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
  • Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed.


4. Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Must provide own personal tools.

Truck Driver Non-CDL/Box Truck

1. Job Summary

Box Truck driver, deliver trash cans to new customers, remove used trash cans from cancelled/no pay customers. Maintain yard (carts), cart inventory controls. Driving routes will be on an as needed basis. Driver safely maneuvers vehicle in residential environments. Navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, and alleyways.


Full-time: Average Hours 40-45 weekly. Mon-Thurs 6am-3pm & Friday 6am-12pm 30 min lunch breaks


2. Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following tasks.

  • Operates vehicle in accordance with Cycle Works Safety Rules and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.
  • Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
  • Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Operations Manager.
  • Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, Safety meetings, as required by Cycle Works.
  • Occasionally Pressure wash used trash cans/recycling bins and works yard.
  • Notifies Operations Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
  • Notifies Operations Manager of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards.
  • Communicates customer requests to Dispatch/Office or Operations Manager
  • Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process.
  • Performs all duties as scheduled by Operations Manager other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
  • Occasional Saturdays

  • Experience: Two (2) year of experience with like-type vehicles
  • Must be atleast 23 years of age.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

1. Job Summary

Driver Helper teams with Route Driver and assists in the collection of Waste and /or Recyclable material.


2. Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Works in accordance with Cycle Works Sanitation Safety Rules, as well as all local, state and federal laws.
  • Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Operations Manager.
  • Attends and participates in all scheduled Safety programs, and meetings as required by Cycle Works Sanitation or directed by the Management.
  • Manually or mechanically load and empty residential containers into truck.
  • Operates hoisting device to lift and empty bins or containers into truck hopper.
  • Assists driver with all backing maneuvers while on route.
  • Notifies Operations Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
  • Notifies Driver/Operations Manager of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards.
  • Communicates customer requests to Driver or Operations Manager
  • Performs all duties as scheduled by Operations Manager and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

Main duties of position will be pressure washing used trash cans and recycle bins. Refurbishing parts to be reused on broken containers. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of our shop yard. Some building maintenance. Cross training will be mandatory. Ideal candidate will be used as a swing driver on box truck routes. Routes consist of trash can delivery, trash can removal, and trash can swaps. Driving routes will be on an as needed basis. Driver safely maneuvers vehicle in residential environments. Residential Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks and are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material. Driver will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Driver safely maneuvers vehicle in residential environments. Navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, and alleyways.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following tasks.


  • Operates vehicle in accordance with Cycle Works Safety Rules and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.

  • Communicates customer requests to Dispatch/Office or Operations Manager
  • Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
  • Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process.
  • Performs all duties as scheduled by Operations Manager other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.


3. Qualifications

  • Experience: Two (2) year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
  • Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Drivers License with a minimum of 24 months driving experience.
  • Must be atleast 21 years of age.

  • Must pass DOT physical by certified medical examiner.
