In the past I have let you know when service was terrible, and the problems with billings.
I owe you a comment when service is good and billing has been corrected without a flaw.
Today’s group that came through our neighborhood looked great……..all in bright neon yellow T-shirts. All friendly. I happened to be at the curb when they drove by. They greeted me and gladly took the extra items I had with this week’s pickup. We had a few long narrow boxes from a new TV and speaker and about 8 outdoor seat cushions. I told them sorry for the extra items this week, we usually don’t have very much pick up at all, they were courteous and mentioned “It’s alright, it happens. Your recycle truck should come by very soon to pick up the rest.” I live on a cul-de-sac, so the driver even got out to help because they kind of get all three houses on the cul-de-sac at the same time. Very good crew.
Billings have been spot on, looks like there has even been a decrease in the quarterly bill. (very nice)
